We provide demo versions or detailed walkthroughs to our client’s so that they can check our quality of work and hence becomes comfortable before working with us. Before making a payment for our services, feel free to contact us if you have any query.

Eligibility for Refund

At Suraj Sa, every project is important to us and we handle each project very carefully with professionalism. We always try to deliver the desired project to our client’s at a given time. However, if a client is not satisfied or changed his/her plan regarding the project and wants a refund, then he/she should check their eligibility for our refund policy listed below:

Advance Payment Policy

To secure your project slot and initiate development, an advance payment is required for all services. Please note that this advance payment is non-refundable once received.

The only exceptions where the advance payment may be eligible for a refund are:

• If the project work has not yet been started by our team.
• If the project has not been delivered according to the specific terms and scope of the agreed deal.

Final Payment & Project Completion

When full payment is received after the successful completion and delivery of the project, the total amount paid is 100% non-refundable.

We ensure our clients are fully satisfied before final handover through demo reviews and feedback cycles, making the final transaction binding.

Change in Policy

Suraj Sa can change this policy from time to time without any prior notice. We request you to review this policy periodically. If any changes occur in our policy, our existing as well as new client’s will be subject to the updated terms.
